Palais Coburg Hotel

Free mini bar, a bottle of champagne, and snacks ALL included. I chose the no breakfast option which was a mistake. Their turndown service was just subtle enough that I almost missed it until I noticed the tiny details, which made it all the more spectacular. Although the bedding appears a bit dated, the sheets and duvet are a dream to lay with. I didn't want to leave the bed, until I realized what I had left downstairs... The hotel is built inside a palace and I became lost more than once, ending up in random stairwells, dark cellars, someone's wedding, and gorgeous rooms with massive chandeliers. Highly recommend one of the tours in the wine cellar- you will be led through a history of Vienna, the palace and sample some lovely wines (Im sure) or Champagnes (which I did).

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, staff, food, facilities - so welcoming despite our arriving at 1:00 AM. A balloon and soft toy awaited our little boy in the room.

The breakfast was excellent. The service fulfilled all our wishes very quickly and friendly to our full satisfaction.

The historical feeling of the building, the reception and the restaurant. Room is spacious. Bed was comfy.
